Consent to personal data processing

I hereby give my voluntary consent to OCS-Center LLC, INN 7701341820 (hereinafter the Operator) and its authorized representatives for processing of data containing my personal details (last name, first name, patronymic); contact information (phone number, e-mail address), and other information as per standard forms and Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator, including information about the IP address and cookie files, etc., obtained by the Operator by means of passive collection of personal data and use of third-party internet-services by Operator in order to perform its obligations to me, to provide reference information to me, to organize and conduct marketing research, as well as to promote goods, works and services provided by the Operator, to study the needs of the customers, to improve service quality, to ensure compliance with laws and other legal documents of the Russian Federation and Operator’s internal documents that do not contradict effective legislation of the Russian Federation.

I agree to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access, including transfer to third parties both in Russia and abroad in accordance with the law), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of my personal data, as well as to performance of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, performed with or without the use of automation tools.

This consent is given by me personally and voluntarily. This consent is valid for 50 years and may be revoked by me at any time in writing by giving written notice to the Operator at the address:

Personal data will be deleted by OCS-Center LLC within 30 days of receipt of this notice.
