Accordingly, we have always endeavored to establish informal but effective relations with Partners.
Informality is typical of a small family firm. As a rule it disappears as the company grows. Although OCS is one of the leaders in the IT-market today, we have managed to maintain informality and an individual approach, while we continually strive to achieve the very best results. This is the basis of the corporate spirit of the company.
On top of established processes, we know how to communicate on informal basis not only with our Partners but also with Manufacturers. Communication enables us to solve problems which cannot be settled within the standard business processes if used alone.
